Refund Policy

This policy applies to memberships to MyGuildRoster, which are processed by our payment provider, Patreon.
Try before you buy
Every guild gets a free, fully-featured demo and a 7-day free trial before any payment is taken. We strongly encourage you to use both to make sure MyGuildRoster is right for your guild before subscribing — you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
All sales are final
- Because a free demo and a 7-day free trial are provided up front, payments are non-refundable. Once a paid period begins, that payment is not refunded.
- You can cancel at any time. Your guild stays fully active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be billed again.
- Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until you cancel.
- If you were charged by a genuine mistake (for example, a billing error), contact us and we will look into it.
- Nothing here limits any rights you may have under your local consumer-protection laws.
